For example it usually involves : The seller/buyer, their legal representative, the estate agent, the bank,taxman, Land Registry, Town hall, water and electric companies and in some cases courts of law and Regional Authorities.
Your legal representative will ensure that all parties are dealt with correctly and your new business purchase is free of complications. What Does Our Conveyancing Service Include? 1.Carrying out all necessary searches on the business such as ensuring there are no debts, embargos or mortgages on the property, checking the licence is in place and informing you of any issue which is relevant to the purchase of the property. 2.Negotiating with the vendors' legal representative regarding the terms and conditions of the contract, writing the aforementioned contract and ensuring compliance with the law. 3. Preparing all the required paperwork for the private contract signing for the completion of the purchase /sale of your business. This includes preparation of the lease contract, informing any banks of any loans that need to be arranged and/or cancelled, liaising with freeholder, and arranging for all the relevant parties to be in the right place at the right time for the successful completion of the sale/purchase. 4.After the purchase/sale has gone through we ensure that the licence is correctly registered at the town hall and all relevant taxes are paid. |
